"Gari" is Swahili for car and Doctor, well, just
that. We seek to be the 'doctors' that take care of your car's needs to keep
it on the road in great condition.
We currently operate from Garden Estate Nairobi,
mostly
handling receipt of orders and dispatch of various car parts sourced either
locally or from outside the country.
Mainly, we give you convenience in getting parts
for your car and do basic computer-based diagnostics. Soon at a different
bigger location, we will be offering services such as general service, wheel
alignment, wheel balancing, full diagnostics / inspections, tyre change and
tyre rotation, electrical works, etc
The duration that importation of parts take depend
on the source. For Dubai, it takes anything from 3 to 10 days while parts
coming from UK, Japan & USA generally take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at the
customer's address.
For locally available parts, you pay on delivery.
For parts that need to be imported, you pay 50% of the total cost as per the
quotation given, we finance the rest and you pay the balance when you
receive the parts.
Absolutely. If the parts supplied do not fit your
description / confirmation, or we are unable to get the parts due to reasons
such as supply shortfalls, we refund your deposit money.
